아래 소스는 해당 뉴스가 한줄씩 위로 올라가서 잠시 멈추고 더시 위로 올라갑니다.
"var pause = 1300;" 이값(1.3초)에 따라 올라가서 멈추는 시간을 설정 할 수 있구요,,
